Returns/Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, shipping will be at your expense, and the item returned must be unused and in its original packaging. Because shipping is a large portion of the total cost, it's not usually worth it to the customer to return items. For this reason, I don't typically accept returns or exchanges; however, if you feel that your purchase is sub-standard, please send me a message and I will try to work something out with you. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping

I will ship within 3 to 5 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends, as there is no postal service in Canada on Saturday or Sunday. If you need the item urgently, please send me a convo prior to purchasing to find out if I can ship more quickly.

Cancellation of Purchase

If you change your mind about your purchase, please let me know ASAP. If I have not shipped your purchase yet, I will cancel the order (this is required so that I don't have to pay selling fees to Etsy) and give you a full refund. If I have already shipped your purchase, I cannot refund it. Please see above regarding Returns/Exchanges.
